Why I would like to join iCe:
Following a clash of opinions in my previous guild regarding how things were run, the stress of running a guild had taken it's toll and since leaving, i am relieved and feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I feel i now want to start to enjoy flyff again as a guild member and although having been an aibatt player for my time on flyff, i have always known and heard about iCe and the the fight your guild has made to consistently stay on top. As you can see from my previous guilds, i've always been a hard working team player and taken part in most events/invasions over the years and i have always had a thirst to improve myself and my equipment and take pride in the fact i've always been a influential player within these mentioned guilds. I am not a guild hopper, again as you can see.. i served 3 happy years with Syna. I feel i have alot left to give to the game and would like to the opportunity to call iCe my new home. I'd also like to offer my experience to help the guild to continually grow and to keep that envious fear, people have of the guild and it's members.

Obvious question but what was so bad that you decided to leave your guild of 3 years? Other than ''how things were run''

As i said, a difference of opinion over many things contributed to my departure. Being a person who has high morals and believing in treating people the way you'd like to be treated, i personally found it difficult to deal with how some people were treated differently to others.. favoritism if you like. When i voiced my opinions on numerous occasions, since others in the guild were finding their stay in the guild difficult as a result.. i was either fought with or flat out told i was wrong. I don't believe that having a miserable members is the key to success, hence to say i wasn't going to stick around to see the results. Sadly one of the hardest decisions i have had to make.
I don't want to bad mouth individuals, since i'm not the kind of person that throws cheap insults. Not to mention it was a minority as opposed to majority.. but since i felt that strongly about it, i wasn't going to give anyone the satisfaction of bringing me down any longer. iCe kind of reminds me of how Enchanted/Crimson was as a unit back in the day, with regards to pvp.. helping/saving friends who are dying on their arse lol.. maybe that's why i've chosen this guild to apply to. :3

Ah.... just so you know, I flat out make it a mission, duty, god-given right to abuse our guild leader verbally.

If you're ok with that, then we won't have any issues.
